In cases where consumption is high, bulk trailers are preferred, while big-bag sacks are used in cases where there is partially less consumption or when it is not possible to ship by bulk trailer. The delivery of the powder and granular fluids coming in big-bag bags to the usage points required by the process is only possible with the controlled delivery of the fluid from these bags. Big-bag discharge systems, which consist of different components, are used to discharge the fluids coming with the bags.

The main component is the carrier chassis. There is a mono-rail crane on the upper part of the carrier chassis using NPU profile. There is an elongated profile at an appropriate distance from the chassis so that the big-bag can be pulled upwards and the empty bag can be easily replaced with a new one. The bag is pulled up and placed on the big-bag seating chassis with the help of a 4-point hook suspension apparatus specially designed for the big-bag bag.
After the bag is placed on the sitting frame, which is another component, the big-bag bag outlet is compressed into the special sealed area, thus preventing dusting and loss of property. The sitting frame has been inclined to allow the fluid in the big-bag to be poured easily. Again in this area, pressure is applied to the bag with the help of levers moving with pneumatic force and flow is provided until the bag is completely exhausted. Seating frame is equipped with special vibration equipment on rubber wedges.
